Business Showcase
Like a trade-show booth that members can use as their online meeting lobby and be instantly included in local business or trade show expos. It accepts video embed code or high-quality photos for the perfect advertising for those waiting to join their online meeting.
1.To view your business showcase, log in to your advertising network account, and on the right side of the page, click on View Online Meeting Booth
2.To set up your business showcase, click Virtual Booth Management in the Menu Bar then click Business Showroom Booth Design
2a. To Add/Change Online Meeting Booth Video
> Go to the YouTube Video
> Click the “share” button
> Click “Embed” and copy the code
> Go back to Business Showroom Booth Design and on the “Add Your Youtube/Vimeo Embed Code Below” box, paste the code, then click the Save Changes button
2b. To Add/Change Online Meeting Booth Images
> Click Add/Edit Photos underneath the ONLINE MEETING BOOTH IMAGES box
> After adding/editing photos, click the Save Changes button
2c. To Add/Change Online Meeting Booth Background
> Click Add/Edit Photos underneath the ONLINE MEETING BOOTHBACKGROUND box
> After adding/editing photos, click the Save Changes button
3. To set up the Meeting Link, go back to the Virtual Booth Management, click the General Booth Management, and under LIVE ONLINE MEETING URL, paste your Zoom meeting link
4. To Use the Calendar scheduling tool, paste your URL link under Book a Meeting URL so that prospects can schedule time with you
5. To make it visible in the Welcome Center, activate the feature by setting “Activate Trade Show Booth” to Yes then click the Save Changes button
6. View the Business Showcase in the Welcome Center by clicking the “Launch Community Welcome Center” button on the right side of the same page
